Diane Enck, Receptionist

Diane Enck, a Salem native,  joined the Pet Clinic in February, 2002.  She is a graduate of the Linn Benton Community Program Veterinary Assisting Program. 
  
She cheerfully greats our clients as they call or visit the clinic.  She is the one that squeezes you in when there are no more appointment spaces to be had.  She just makes it all work out. 
  
Scheduling appointments, answering the telephone, filling prescriptions, keeping the front office running smoothly are a few of the myriad of tasks Diane accomplishes on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. 
  
She enjoys her cats "Cheeta" and "Legs".

Sandy Hill, Receptionist

Sandy attended Oregon State University, majoring in animal science.  She moved to Salem in 1980 when mount St. Helens blew!  Sandy married her husband Eric in 1979.  She is a mother of 2 and a proud grandmother of 1.

Sandy has worked in the veterinary field for 19+ years.  Past duties have included assisting in rooms and surgery, dental cleanings, grooming/bathing, and currently receptionist.  She met Dr. Hazen in 1980 while working at her first veterinary practice, and Dr Hazen was starting her mobile veterinary out of that same practice.  She bred and showed Samoyeds for over 20+ years. 

She is passionate about horses.  She loves to go trail riding, horse camping, riding in the wilderness and working cows with horses.  Sandy is a past member of the American Dream Rodeo Drill Team.  She loves rodeos and bull riding!  She currently own 4 horses and 1 dog.  Sandy is a member of the Salem Saddle Club since 1985, and is a current member of the Oregon Mounted Posse.

Vicki West, Bookkeeper

Vicki West joined The Pet Clinic in April of 2010. She grew up in the small town of Hubbard and then moved to the Portland area, soon after High School. Six years ago, she moved to Keizer where she resides with her husband Tony. She has a son, Brennan, who attends Portland Community College, of whom she is extraordinarily proud of.
  
Vicki is an enthusiastic reader, music lover and enjoys painting. She and her husband have been on several Pool Leagues in the Salem area and from time to time have flown RC Airplanes.  
  
Vicki has worked in Office Administration for the past 15 years, and is skilled in problem solving and customer relations. For the most part, she works in an upstairs office, but often you can find her downstairs in the reception area, helping out where ever she can.

 She has adopted three pets of her own, a large mix breed dog named Mitzi and two cats, Sam and Abbey. While she doesn’t work with the animals at the clinic directly, she is committed to assuring that all of the patients here are treated with great care.
